One of my favourite highlights from Hokkaido was trying the cake at Snaffles.

My favorite cake place in all of Hokkaido! Snaffles cakes are so delicate, soft, and delicious. My favorite is their milcrepe cake (multi layer crepe cake)!!!! They're Hakodate based cake shop and I believe that the only other location they have is Sapporo. I highly recommend getting their cake when visiting Hakodate or Hokkaido!!

The store's tenant is also in Hakodate Station, but it was a feeling that it specializes in souvenirs, but here it was also able to eat in and was fulfilling.
